Blinq alternative — billed in rupees, not dollars
Blinq is good. It just isn't priced for India.
Blinq is one of the best digital business cards there is, and if you are in Australia or the United States you should probably use it. If your customers pay in rupees, the sums look different. Here is the honest comparison.

What Blinq does well
Blinq has been at this longer than we have and it shows. Its free plan gives you two cards where ours gives one, it puts your card in Apple and Google Wallet, and its paid plan has an AI notetaker and contact enrichment that we do not match. If those are what you need, it is a genuinely good product and we would rather you used it than were disappointed by us.
Where the two differ
| Yuj | Blinq | |
|---|---|---|
| Cheapest paid plan | ₹99 a month, or ₹990 a year | $9.99 a month, or $7.33 a month billed yearly |
| What you are billed in | Rupees — no foreign-transaction fee | US dollars, so your bank usually adds its own fee |
| Cards on the free plan | One | Two |
| Scanning paper cards, free plan | 20 a month | Not on the free plan — the scanner is a Premium feature |
| Scanning on the cheapest paid plan | 100 a month | Included, limit not stated |
| Apple & Google Wallet | No | Yes, on the free plan |
| Voice note on a contact | Yes, on the free plan | AI notetaker on Premium |
| Capturing with no signal | Yes — cards are kept on the phone and sent later | Not stated |

The difference that is not on the table
Nine dollars is not ninety-nine rupees
At $9.99 a month, Blinq Premium costs roughly what Yuj costs for a year. For a salaried professional in Mumbai or Coimbatore that is not a rounding difference, it is the difference between expensing it and not bothering. We are not cheaper because we are worse; we are cheaper because we are selling into a market where that price works.
No forex fee
A dollar subscription on an Indian card usually carries a bank markup on top. Rupees avoid it.
Scanning on the free plan
Twenty paper cards a month without paying. On Blinq the scanner is behind Premium.
Built for exhibition halls
Capture keeps working with no signal, which is where most Indian trade-show floors are.
Which one you should pick
Pick Blinq if you want your card in Apple or Google Wallet, if your team is outside India, or if its AI notetaker and contact enrichment are the features you are actually buying.
Pick Yuj if you are billed in rupees, if you collect more paper cards than you hand out, or if you work shows where the signal gives up before you do.
Questions people ask
Is Yuj a Blinq clone?
No. The overlap is the card itself, which every product in this category has. Yuj is built around the other half of the exchange — reading the paper cards you are handed, voice notes on the people you meet, and working with no signal — because that is what a show floor in India actually needs.
Can I move my cards from Blinq to Yuj?
There is no one-click import, and we will not pretend otherwise. A card takes a few minutes to set up by hand, and if you have the old one printed you can photograph it and let Yuj read the details across.
Is Blinq more expensive than Yuj?
Blinq Premium is $9.99 a month or $7.33 a month billed yearly; Yuj is ₹99 a month or ₹990 a year. Those are the figures from both pricing pages in October 2026. Blinq also bills in US dollars, which usually adds a bank fee on an Indian card.
Does Yuj put my card in Apple Wallet?
Not today. Blinq does, on its free plan, and if that matters to you it is a good reason to choose Blinq.
Which has the better free plan?
It depends which half you use. Blinq gives two cards to our one. Yuj gives 20 card scans a month, where Blinq keeps its scanner on the paid plan.
