HiHello alternative — more scanning, fewer dollars
HiHello gives you more cards. Yuj gives you more scanning.
Both make a good digital card. The real difference is what happens to the paper cards you are handed back — and what the whole thing costs when your salary is in rupees.
No card details needed. You can share your card the same day.
- 20 free scans a month, against five

What HiHello does well
HiHello's free plan is generous with cards — four of them, where we give one — and its paid plans go much further up the ladder than ours do, with Salesforce and HubSpot integrations and proper single sign-on for big teams. If you are fifty people with a CRM to feed, HiHello is built for that and we are not, yet.
Where the two differ
| Yuj | HiHello | |
|---|---|---|
| Cheapest paid plan | ₹99 a month, or ₹990 a year | $6 a month, or $72 a year |

| Card scans on the cheapest paid plan | 100 a month | 20 a month, with an unlimited add-on |

Five scans, or twenty
The number that decides it
HiHello's free plan allows five card scans a month and its $6 plan allows twenty. Yuj allows twenty free and a hundred at ₹99. If you hand your card out and rarely take one back, that gap will never touch you. If you come home from one afternoon at a trade fair with forty cards in your pocket, it decides the whole thing.
Twenty free, not five
Four times the scanning before anybody asks you for money.
A hundred for ₹99
Five times HiHello's paid allowance, at roughly a fifth of the price in rupees.
Every number on the card
Indian cards print a mobile and a landline. Yuj keeps both and puts the mobile first.
Which one you should pick
Pick HiHello if you want several cards on a free plan, or if you are a team that needs Salesforce, HubSpot or single sign-on. Those are real features and we do not have them.
Pick Yuj if you collect paper cards in any volume, if you are paying in rupees, or if you work rooms where the signal does not reach.
Questions people ask
Is HiHello free?
HiHello has a free Personal plan with four digital cards and five card or badge scans a month. Its Professional plan is $6 a month, or $72 billed yearly, which raises that to sixteen cards and twenty scans. Figures from its pricing page in October 2026.
How many card scans do I get on Yuj?
Twenty a month free and a hundred on the ₹99 plan. Reading a photographed card costs us money each time, which is why it is the number that differs between plans rather than something unlimited and quietly throttled.
Can I import my HiHello contacts?
Not automatically. You can export from HiHello and we will help you get the file in — ask us. We would rather say that than claim a one-click migration that does not exist.
Does Yuj work with Salesforce or HubSpot?
No. If a CRM integration is what you are buying, HiHello's Business plan has it and we do not.
Which is better for a trade show?
Yuj, on the scanning numbers and because capture keeps working with no signal. If you mainly hand your card out rather than collect others, the difference matters much less.
